There is a print of a painting called Circus Clown next to the second floor nurses station at the Blair E. Batson Children’s Hospital. When I first saw this print it kept me looking at it over and over again. Often during that shift I caught myself just sitting at the nurses station gazing at the print. When I got home from work I did a search on the net to try to order a copy. Sadly it seems to be out of print. If anybody that reads this knows where I can obtain a copy of this print please let me know.

I would put a picture of the print here, but I respect the artists copyright. But if you do a google search for “Circus Clown” and “Fred Hunt” then a few poster sites will have a picture of the print if you want to see it.

Today I found a website that has a lot of useful information. I was looking for information on what kind of foods I need to buy that last a long time for emergency rations for my family. We lost electricity and water for several weeks following hurricane Katrina and I want to be more prepared if anything similar happens to us again. Anyway, I came across SurvivalBlog.com and have been reading articles on this site for hours today. I found this article on starting a food storage system on a budget at http://www.backwoodshome.com/
